I keep waking up a few times at night. It has been like this for about a month or so. On a good night, I will wake up at 5+, 6+ and finally at 7+. Sometimes, I will wake up at 2+ and 3+ as well. What's wrong with me???
Stress? Too much on your mind? Try putting a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow. Or try watching telly (preferably sth brainless) or listening to music to "empty" your mind before going to bed, and do not think about work. Actually better still, do not think at all, just relax!! - Chewie
